Atlantic City Hilton Theater will host the award-winning actor and comedian Damon Wayans on Saturday June 10 at 8pm. Damon Wayans is scheduled to host the 2006 BET Music Awards in Los Angeles weeks after his performance at Atlantic City Hilton. Tickets to his Atlantic City show priced 50 dollars.
Damon Wayans is mostly famous for co-starring in the TV series In Living Color, in which he was nominated twice for Emmy Awards for co-starring and writing. In 2002, Wayans had received the 2002 Peoples Choice Award for Favorite Male Performer in a New Television Series for his character in ABC comedy series My Wife and Kids.
Wayans appearances on the big screen include starring roles in Bamboozled, Major Payne, Bulletproof, The Last Boy Scout, Colors, Beverly Hills Cop and more. Recently Wayans was busy directing an independent film - Behind the Smile.
Wayans career a standup comedian goes back to 1982, when he started touring the comedy club circuit. Soon after, he became a figure performer on Saturday Night Live and a star of several HBO Specials including One Night Stand, The Last Stand? and Still Standing.
