  6. You all bet again.

How to Bet at Texas Holdem

The sequence of Texas Holdem betting takes place in a clockwise motion. The Texas Holdem player to the dealer's left bets first. Due to this, if Texas Holdem is played without a recognized dealer (i.e. the dealer is one of the players) each Texas HoldEm player takes turns in dealing.

When it's your turn you can bet, fold or pass (check) but if the Texas Holdem player before you placed a bet you must either call or raise the bet or fold your cards and forfeit this game.

At every juncture, only three betting rounds are permitted. By a round ending, I mean that each and every Texas Holdem player has performed some action or the other. Before the game commences, players or the Texas Holdem casino decide on the minimum and maximum betting amount and throughout the game you cannot place a bet lower or higher than this figure.

At Texas Holdem, you place bets equaling the minimum for the first two rounds. The last two rounds each bet equals the maximum. Because this is the case, before you begin to play Texas Holdem find out what the minimum and maximum amount is and prevent any unnecessary Texas Holdem surprises.
